脱矿骨基质明胶复合块状生物活性陶瓷人工骨修复下颌骨缺损的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文作者采用同种脱矿骨基质明胶(BMG)表面复合的人工骨植入缺乏骨膜的狗下颌骨骨缺损区,于术后4周、12周、20周进行组织学观察,四环素标记。发现随着BMG的吸收,局部有多量的新骨生成,并可在人工骨表面沉积或长入其孔内;而对照组各期均未见有新骨形成。此结果表明复合植入能使人工骨表面产生骨性封套层,从而增加了生物活性陶瓷人工骨的韧性、抗折强度,提高了修复质量。 The author implanted block bioactive ceramic (BAC) in combined with allogenic deminaralized bone gelatin(BOG) in the mandibular defect around which the Periosteum was removed. 18 dogs were killed at 4w, 12w, 20w postimplantation. Histological observation revealed that the BMG was resorbed and replaced by normal hone containing hematopoietic bone marrow. The bone disposited on BAC or infiltrated the pores and showed directly bone formation and the material was surround by a layer of fibrous tissue. These results indicated that it can allow formation a bone shell when BAC implanted with BMG and would increase the toughness and strength of the artificial bone.
