摘要
目的探讨铅作业环境对工人健康的影响及有效治理铅污染的措施。方法对某蓄电池厂治理前后作业环境铅浓度进行测定,同时对铅接触工人进行健康监护,测定尿铅、尿δ-ALA、驱铅试验后尿铅指标。结果治理后作业环境铅浓度较治理前明显下降,铅吸收的检出率也明显下降,两组差异有显著性,但治理前后各工种铅吸收检出率无显著性差异,各工龄段铅吸收检出率也无显著性差异。结论通过有效治理措施可改善铅污染对作业工人健康的影响。
Objectives To explore the effects of lead upon workers frequently exposed to it and effective
treatment of lead pollution. MethodsTo determine lead content in workers' surroundings before
and after the treatment of the battery plant, Provide health inspection and protection for those
exposed by determining lead concentration and -ALA in their urine, lead content in urine after
the experiment of lead expelling practice. Results With the steps taken,there was a marked
decrease in the lead content at work site as well as the rate of lead detection concenring lead
absorption. The difference between the two groups was significant. The difference of the
detection rates of lead absorption among different kinds of workers and different working-years
were non significant before and after the treatment. Conclusion Worker's health can be much
improved when effective measures are vigorously taken.
