谈高职教育教学目前存在的问题及对策

On Problems and Countermeasures in Higher Vocational Teaching

高等职业教育在快速发展中暴露出的问题,诸如教学内容陈旧,实践性教学训练不足、师资未达标等。这些问题的出现,既有社会因素的影响,也有学校内部因素的作用。文中从学校内部因素入手,分析影响高职教育教学发展的主要原因,并提出相应对策。

Some questions have occurred during the course of higher vocational education rapid developing, such as outmoded teaching contents, insufficient practical teaching and unqualified teachers, etc.. The appearance of them, there is not only influence of the social factor but also function of the factor inside schools. This text attempts to proceed with factor inside the school to find out main reason which influences teaching development of vocational education, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion further.
