对高教扩张中“银校合作”方式的分析

Analysis for the Way of Bank-College Cooperation in the Course of Higher Education Development

高等教育的大规模扩张要求巨额的资金支持,仅靠财政拨款和学费收入是远远不够的,必须寻找新的融资渠道来补充现阶段高等教育发展过程中的资金缺口。由于政策门槛低、操作简便,利用银行贷款来补充高等教育资金缺口的方式逐渐受到重视并得以推广。本文简要分析了高校利用银行资金加速发展的条件、作用和风险防范问题。

Higher education development in large scale needs support of great amount of capital. It is not far enough only by the financial allocation and the fee-revenue. Thus a new financial channel must be found so as to fill up the capital-vacancy. Because of low policy-threshold and convenient operation, it is paid attention and generalized to utilize bank loan to make up for the capital-vacancy. The condition and affects for the accelerated development of college with utilizing bank-capital, and problem of risk prevention are briefly introduced in the paper.
