Talking from "Blue Moon and Green Moon" ——How to Cultivate Students' Personalities in Art Education

培养具有创新精神的人才是目前教改中所关注的课题。本文从“个性”概念的界定和个性教育与培养的内涵;创新教育以学生个性的教育与培养为底蕴;美术教育中非智力因素对学生个性健康发展的影响;正确对待美术教育中学生的个性发展,四个方面来论述:美术教育中应该注重并加强对学生个性的教育与培养。

Cultivating the talents with innovatory sprit is focus of education reformer's attention. The article expounds it in four aspects: the definition 'personality' and the intension of education and cultivation; initiative education basing on the cultivation of students' personalities; the influence of non-intelligent factors in art education on the healthy development of students' personalities; and treating correctly the development of personalities in art education etc., and draws conclusion that we should strengthen the education and cultivation of students' personalities in art education.
