摘要
高强度玻璃纤维是一种力学性能优异的特种玻璃纤维 ,是高性能复合材料三大增强纤维 (碳纤维、芳纶纤维、高强度玻璃纤维 )之一。本文研究了不同直径系列及不同增强环氧型浸润剂系列对 4 0 0孔高强度玻璃纤维及其复合材料性能的影响关系。通过原丝拉伸断裂强力、及NOL环拉伸、剪切强度的对比发现 ,①JA型浸润剂在拉丝工艺匹配和复合材料性能方面均明显优于FE 5浸润剂 ;②纤维直径在 9~ 13μm范围内变化时对高强度玻璃纤维复合材料的性能没有影响。
High strength glassfiber is a special glassfiber with excellent mechanical properties and,together with aramid fiber and carbon fiber, constitutes three kinds of major reinforcing fiber. This paper investigates the effects of different filament diameter and sizing agents on the properties of high strength glassfiber through 400-hole bushings and composites made therefrom. The comparison of tensile strength of glass strand and tensile and shear strength of NOL ring indicates JA type sizing agent behaves clearly better than FE-5 type sizing agent both in fiber forming process compatibility and composite properties. And when varied from 9 to 13μm, the filament diameter exhibits no effect on the properties of high strength glassfiber reinforced composites.
