住院孕产妇健康教育开展时间和方式的探讨

Discussion about the time and approach of health education for the parturient women in hospital

目的提供开展健康教育时间和方式的依据,使产科护士有针对性地进行健康指导.方法采用自行设计的住院孕产妇健康教育开展时间和方式调查表,对2002年8月～2003年2月期间的100名孕产妇进行调查分析.结果从健康教育的内容来看,大多数孕产妇希望了解与目前切身利益有关的知识;从健康教育的方式来看,大多数孕产妇希望个别指导.讨论产科护士在不同时间以不同方式对孕产妇进行针对性的健康指导,可使孕产妇即学即用所学知识,进行育婴和自身保健护理.

Objective To offer the evidence about the time and approach of health education for the parturient women,so that the obstetric nurses can provide appropriate health instruction.Method A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the 100 parturient women in our hospital from Aug 2002 to Feb 2003.Results With regard to the contents of health education,most parturient women wish to learn the knowledge directly related to their current interest;while as the approach of health education,most of them prefer to individual instruction.Conclusion The obstetric nurses provide appropriate health education among parturient women in hospital can help them to make full use of the knowledge they learned to nurse their infants and themselves.
