急救程序化管理对提高创伤救治成功率的调查与分析

A survey and analysis of the emergency procedure management in increasing the lifesaving rate of trauma emergency

目的探讨急救程序化管理对提高创伤救治成功率的作用.方法通过建立急救中心网络体系,采用统一创伤评分对病人进行评估,普及自救知识、开通绿色急救通道、优化护理流程、完善创伤急救模式、注重对护士急救护理业务培训和考核,充分发挥医院护理整体资源等.结果与急救中心建立前3年相比出车时间提早5～20 min,平均提早10 min;急救抢救成功率上升至96.33%,特别在救治大量危重病人中,显现独特优势.结论急救程序化管理,能够为抢救病人提供准确、及时、有效的现代急救护理,是急诊医学发展的趋势.

Objecive To study the role of emergency procedure management in increasing the lifesaving rate of trauma emergency. Methods We carried out a series of measures,which including:establishing the emergency center network system,adopting the unifying trauma score to assess the patients,spreading the knowledge of self-saving,opening the green first aid tunnel gallery,optimizing the flow of nursing,perfecting trauma first aid mode,attaching importance to professional training and examination for the nurses,making full use of the whole medical resources in hospital,and so on.Results Compared with the condition in the last 3 years before the emergency center was established,the dispatch cars set out in advance 5～20 minutes,which is average 10 minutes in advance.The lifesaving rate of emergency rises to 96.33%.It shows the advantage especially in curing large quantity of severe patients. Conclusion Emergency procedure management can offer the sufferers an accurate,timely and effective modern first aid nursing and it is a trend of emergency medicine.
