摘要
目的 了解湖南西部地区泌尿生殖道解脲支原体的感染状况及耐药性 ,指导临床合理用药。方法 对10 98例疑为泌尿生殖道支原体感染者采样后 ,采用支原体培养和药敏试剂盒对标本进行培养和体外药敏试验。结果 解脲支原体培养阳性 349例 ,阳性率 31.79% ;其中张家界 37.6 9% (98/2 6 0 ) ,湘西自治州 30 .2 9% (10 6 /35 0 ) ,怀化 2 9.71% (14 5 /488) ;张家界市的患者感染阳性率与湘西自治州和怀化患者的感染阳性率差异有显著性(P <0 .0 5 )。解脲支原体阳性者药敏试验结果显示对 8种抗菌药物平均敏感性高低依次为交沙霉素 (95 .4 1% )、阿奇霉素 (91.6 9% )、罗红霉素 (73.6 4 % )、红霉素 (6 9.34% )、强力霉素 (6 8.77% )、美满霉素 (4 3.5 5 % )、氧氟沙星(10 .6 0 % )、环丙沙星 (2 .0 1% ) ;各地的耐药状况有所差异。结论 对支原体进行培养鉴定的同时对支原体进行药敏试验分析 ,对指导临床合理使用抗菌药物有重要意义。
Objective To investigate Ureaplasma uralyticum (Uu) infection in patients in west region of Hunan province and antimicribial resistance, and to guide the rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinic. Methods Samples were taken from 1 098 patients who were suspected infection of Uu, mycoplasma culture and antimicrobial susceptibility test were performed. Results Three hundred and forty-nine samples were isolated Uu, isolation rate was 31.79% ; The isolation rate in Zhangjiajie, Xiangxi Autonomous Region and Huaihua was 37.69% (98/260), 30.29% (106/350) and 29.71% (145/488) respectively. There was significant difference between NI rate in patients in Zhangjiajie and that of Xiangxi Autonomous Region and Huaihu (P< 0.05 ), antimicrobial susceptibility tests showed that the average susceptibility rates of Uu to 8 antimicrobial agents were as follows: josamycin ( 95.41% ), azithromycin ( 91.69% ), roxithromycin ( 73.64% ), erythromycin ( 69.34% ), doxycycline ( 68.77% ), minocycline ( 43.55% ), ofloxacin ( 10.60% ), ciprofloxacin ( 2.01% ). There was difference in resistance among three area. Conclusion The identification of Uu in combination with antimicrobial susceptibility test is helpful for the rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinic.
