摘要
教师道德修养比其它职业道德有更高的要求。“人道”是教师职业道德活动的重要原则和应有的状态 ,“人道”是以反对“神道”和摒弃“兽道”的姿态出现的。作为教师 ,只有摆脱“无道”状态 ,才能进入“忧道”和“谋道”的境界。“人道”的实施是一个由“知道”到“体道” ,再由“体道”到“行道”
Moral mastery for teachers needs higher requirement than other vocational morality.“Humanity” is the important principle and necessary state in the activities of vocational morality for teachers.“The humanity” came with “Anti-superstition” and “abandoning brutality”side by side.Only getting rid of “tyranny”,can teachers enter the state of “worry about ethics” and “thinking of morals”.Implementing “humanity” is a process from “knowing” to “understanding” and then from “understanding” to “practice”.
