FDI在华区域分布极不平衡 ,东部沿海吸引了近 90 %的FDI,中西部仅吸收近 1 0 %的FDI,FDI在国内地理分布上的不平衡已经是造成地区经济差异的重要因素。通过建立多元线性回归模型对影响FDI区位选择三大基础因素进行实证分析 ,以期验证影响和决定FDI在华区位分布的各个基础经济变量的有效性 。

In China the Flowing of FDI in imbalance. Nearly 90% of FDI flows in the eastern provinces and only 10%of FDI flows in the middle provinces and western provinces.It is an important factor which has made great difference among the provinces. This paper is intended to find out some internal factors affecting and deciding FDIdistribution by making positive studies with creating a multiple linear regression model It tries to prove the utility of the factors concered and put forward the countermeasures.
