摘要
会展旅游的巨大影响性、高利润性、强辐射性和广泛交流性引起了政府的瞩目性关注 ,从而使政府成为各类会展旅游的发起者、组织者、推动者。但是 ,由于政府的功利性推动 ,政府行为不断失位、缺位和越位 ,使政府又成为发展会展旅游的滞后性阻碍 ;为了减少政府进入会展旅游的盲目性 ,政府应当进行准确的概念、形势、条件和目标的定位。同时 ,面对会展旅游规范化、法制化、市场化、品牌化、国际化、科学化的趋势 ,政府应当更多地发挥领导、主导。
Exhibition tourism features on great influence,high profit,wide spread and broad communication;therefore,government become the sponsor;orgniser and propellent of exhibition tourism.However,the government's utilitarian conducts mislead the function and hinder the development of exhibition tourism.In order to reduce the unreasoning behavior of government,it should make accurate orientation of conception,positionin,qualification and objective of exhibition tourism.Meanwhile,facing the standalization,legalization,marketing,branding,internationalization and scientificity trends of exhilition tourism industry,government should fully exert its leading,guiding and directing functions.
