蛇胆陈皮胶囊的祛痰镇咳肠推进运动实验研究

Effects of Shedan Chenpi capsule on eliminating phlegm, relieving cough and promoting intestine propulsive motility

目的考察蛇胆陈皮胶囊对祛痰、镇咳和肠推进运动的作用。方法用小鼠酚红法和氨水致咳模型,考察其祛痰、镇咳作用;用小鼠炭末法,测定小肠推进率。结果蛇胆陈皮胶囊能使小鼠气管分泌酚红量明显增加;氨水所致小鼠咳嗽潜伏时间明显延长,2min内咳嗽次数也有明显减少;小鼠肠推进率明显提高。结论蛇胆陈皮胶囊具有明显的镇咳、祛痰和促进胃肠运动作用。

Objective: To investigate the effects of Shedan Chenpi capsule on eliminating phlegm, relieving cough and promoting stomach intestine motility. Methods: The pharmacological effects of Shedan Chenpi capsule were tested with trachea secrete phenol red and ammonia-caused cough model, and with activated carbon method in mice respectively. Results: Shedan Chenpi capsule groups increased the quantity of trachea secreting phenol red significantly in treatment group, compared with that of control group, lengthened cough latent time and decreased cough frequency in two minute and raised intestine propulsion ratio. Conclusion: Shedan Chenpi capsule might have effects on eliminating phlegm and relieving cough and promoting stomach intestine motility.
