摘要
筛选得到一株产乳糖酶的马克斯克鲁维酵母(Kluyveromyces marxianus),通过正交试验和单因素试验确定了培养基(%)为乳糖8、尿素0.375、酵母抽提物0.35、KH2PO4 1.5、NaCl 0.01、MnCl2 0.01,并考察了发酵工艺,将产酶水平从21.6u/ml提高到120.5u/ml(500ml摇瓶)。
The lactase-producing yeast Kluyveromyces marxianus was screened. The fermentation culture mediumwas optimized using orthogonal design and single-factor experiments, the optimum culture medium was as follows(%):lactose 8, urea 0.375, yeast extract 0.35, KH2PO4 1.5, NaCl 0.01, MnCl2 0.01. And the fermentation conditions were alsoinvestigated.The productivity of lactase was increased from 21.6u/ml to 120.5u/ml in 500ml flask.
