摘要
影响发泡塑料制品性能的因素很多,除材料配方外,还与连续挤出成型设备中的螺杆结构、发泡成型模具等主要部件的结构及各区控制温度等工艺参数有关,机电的有机结合,合理的结构设计和严格的参数控制是获得合格制品的关键所在。实验中,调配纳米粒子的含量,调整设备及工艺条件,即得到了性能优越的发泡板材。
There are many facts for affecting the property of foaming plastic goods, which has therelationship to the screw structure、foaming mold and process parameter、 control temperature ateach zone, besides the formula, therefore having the mechanical and electrical mechanisms integrated,reasonable structural design、 strictly parameter control are the main reason to gain the qualifiedgoods. In trial, prepared the nano particles content, adjusted the equipment and process condition,which can get the foaming plate with the excellent properties.
