摘要
员工绩效考评工作是人力资源管理部门的一项重要工作,传统的考评工作存在考评因素不分权重、评价依据覆盖面较窄等问题.本文将建立一个层次分析和模糊综合评判法模型,通过该模型将考评因素确立合理的权重,并考虑多方面的评价意见得到员工的综合考评得分.
The evaluation of employee is a important part of human resource management, but in common way, the evaluation factors are equal in weight, and so on. This article will establish a model of AHP and Fuzzy Sets, through the model can build s reasonable weight for evaluation factors, and conclude the last comprehensive scores.
