三妙丸抗下肢丹毒复发的实验研究

Experimental study on effect of Sanmiao Pills on recurrent erysipelas

目的 :研究三妙丸对小鼠免疫系统及炎症反应的影响。方法 :用碳粒廓清实验研究药物对小鼠网状内皮系统的影响 ;观察药物对 2 ,4二硝基氯苯 (DNCB)诱导的迟发性超敏反应 (DTH)及小鼠血清溶血素含量的影响 ;用二甲苯耳廓肿胀法和棉球肉芽肿法观察药物对炎症反应的影响。结果 :三妙丸及苍术醇提胶囊能增加小鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬功能 ,增强小鼠迟发性超敏反应 ,提高血清溶血素含量及免疫器官重量 ;能对抗二甲苯所致耳廓肿胀、抑制肉芽的增生。结论 :三妙丸有抗炎及免疫调节作用 ,可能是其抗下肢丹毒复发的药理作用基础。

Objective :To study the effect of Sanmiao Pills on anti-inflammation and immunity.-Methods-:Observe ear conch induced by xylene,granulation tumor,function of carbon clearance,the index of spleen and thymus gland,quantity of hemolysin induced by chook red blood cells and delayed hypersensitivity skin reactivity(DTH) induced by DNCB in mice. Result :This pills shows the inhibitory actions on the swelling of ear conch [3.3,13.2g/(kg·d -1 ),ig],the growth of granulation tumor[13.2g/(kg·d -1 ),ig] and DTH induced by DNCB[13 2g/(kg·d -1 ),ig] in mice.It increases the function of carbon clearance[3.3,13.2g/(kg·d -1 ),ig] and the quantity of hemolysin induced by chook red blood cell[3.3,13.2g/(kg·d -1 ),ig] in mice.It increases the weight of spleen and thymus gland in mice[3.3,13.2g/(kg·d -1 ),ig]. Conclusion :Sanmiao Pills possesses effects of anti-inflammation and regulation of immunity,and it may be the pharmacological basic of the effect of Sanmiao Pills on recrruent erysipelas.
