吮吸初乳时间对新生仔猪猪瘟疫苗免疫的影响效果

Effect of Time of Sucking Colostrum on Result of Immune against Swine Fever for Neonate piglet

出生后立即给仔猪注射 2头份的猪瘟疫苗 ,间隔一定时间后再让其吮吸初乳 ,其中Ⅰ～Ⅳ组间隔时间为 12 0 ,90 ,60 ,3 0min ,Ⅴ组为对照组不注射疫苗。在 2 0日龄时用猪瘟Dot—ELISA诊断试剂盒对这些仔猪血清中的猪瘟抗体滴度进行测定。结果 :在接种疫苗后 60～ 12

The postnatal piglets were injected vaccine of swine fever in double dose at once.them sucked colostrum at the different interval of time.The interval of time in the graups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣwere 120,90,60 and 30 minutes,respectively.The group Ⅴ was a control group that was not injected the vaccine.The antibody titer against swine fever in the serum of the piglets was determined by Dot-ELISA swine fever diagnosis reagent set.The results showed that the result of immune was best when the time of sucking colostrum was between 60～120 minuts after the vaccine of injection.
