摘要
目的 对功能矫治器的传统制作方法进行改进 ,并评价新型功能矫治器 -真空压膜功能矫治器治疗早期功能性及骨性错合的可行性。方法 采用传统的功能矫治原理设计矫治器的功能结构 ,应用真空成型机和硬片(HardelasticBlanks)制作矫治器 ,并对 32例处于生长发育期 ,诊断为功能性及骨性错合的患者进行治疗。结果 该矫治器功能结构及作用机制合理 ,支抗及固位作用强 ,戴用舒适安全无痛苦 ,临床应用调整方便 ,不易损坏 ,医患易于接受。 32例患者经过 6 5~ 12 5月平均 8 9月治疗后 ,前牙覆合覆盖正常、磨牙关系均达到了安氏Ⅰ类合、侧貌明显改善。结论 新的制作方法操作简单、节省时间。
Objective To improve the traditional fabricating method of the functional appliance and evaluate the treatment effects of the new type the Vacuum Coat-pressing Functional Appliance for the functional or skeletal malocclusion in the earlier period.Methods The functional structure of the new appliance was designed on the traditional principle and fabricated with the vacuum shaping machine and the hard elastic blanks.It was used to treat 32 patients who suffered from the functional or skeletal malocclusion in the growth period.Results Because of its rational structure and function mechanism, strong supporting and fixing force,the new orthopedic appliance is no hurt and easy to adjust,It is safe and comfortable for the sufferer to wear and convenient for the doctor to apply,so it is accepted easily by them.The teeth of the 32 patients were corrected successfully through 6.5~12.5months′ (on an average of 8.9 months) treatment.The front teeth can overbite normally 、 the molar relationship was corrected to class I relationship,and the facial profile was improved obviously.Conclusion The new fabrication method can be time-saving and applied simply.The Vacuum coat-pressing Functional Appliance can be used to treat for functional or skeletal malocclusion in the earlier period effectively.
