摘要
用PCR方法对B-淋巴细胞白血病患者的免疫球蛋白(Ig)重链基因进行扩增。发现急、慢性B-淋巴细胞白血病、慢粒急淋变的Ig重链基因重排出现异常。有的患者出现两种基因扩增产物。即使在骨髓抑制期和完全缓解期白血病细胞少于4%时,也可以检出异常重排的Ig重链基因。本研究对B-淋巴细胞白血病的诊断和治疗具有重要意义。
Using the polymerase chain reaction(PCR), the authors have amplified immunoglobulin heavy chain (IgH)gene from B-lymphocytic leukemic DNA samples. The IgH gene rearrangement in acute and chronic B-lymphocytic leukemia and lymphoid blast crisis of CML has been found unusual and specific. Some of them show two kinds of amplified products. Even if the leukemic cells are less than 4%, the unusual rearrangement of IgH can still be detected by the PCR method. The PCR technique is helpful for the diagnosis, therapy and prognosis of the B-lymphocytic leukemia.
