摘要
本文用果蝇伴性隐性致死(SLRL)实验,对三硝基甲苯(TNT)进行遗传毒性研究。结果表明,Oregon-K雄蝇在每100ml分别含TNT54.0mg、27.0mg、13.5mg的培养基上喂饲24小时,对其生殖细胞均有明显的致突变作用。分窝(2,3,3天)实验也表明TNT对果蝇各阶段生殖细胞的致突变作用相同。
Trinitrotoluene (TNT) was given to male Drosophila melangaster on 100ml culture containing 54. 0mg,27. 0mg or 13. 5mg of TNT for 24 hours to study the genetic toxicity. The result of sex-linked recessive lethal (SLRL)test showed that TNT has a definite mutagenic activity to germ cell. TNT has the same mutagenicity to the germ cell of different period (2,3,3 day).
