On the Training Model of Cross-Cultural Communication Competence of Tourism College Students

以两起跨文化交际失误为例 ,探讨了旅游专业学生跨文化交际能力的培养模式 ,指出了要提高跨文化交际能力 ,必须改革课程体系和教学内容 ,改进教学方法和手段 。

This paper probes into the training model of cross cultural competence of tourism major with two failing cases. It points out that to further improve the ability of students, reforms must be carried out in curriculum, teaching methods. More attention should be given to culture teaching in the classroom.
