关于乡镇体制改革路径的研究综述

A Research on the Path of Organization System Reform in Villages and Towns

随着我国政治体制改革的不断深入 ,农村基层政权建设不断加强 ,现行的“乡政村治”格局的变革成为众多学者思考的问题。相应地 ,乡镇体制改革成为了近年来的学术热点问题。不同学术背景的专家学者对乡镇体制改革的出路提出了迥异的政策主张和治理路径 ,彼此互相激荡、争鸣。但是关于乡镇体制改革路径的研究综述尚不多见。本文拟对各种学术观点加以概括 ,并作简短评价 ,最后提出自己的一些思路。

With the deepening of political system reform in China and the enhancing construction of basic-level political power in countryside,the reform of “town governance and villagers' self -government” becomes the issue many scholars ponder. Accordingly, the reform of political power in village and town becomes a hot issue in recent years. Many scholars put forward many different policy opinions and governance paths . But the overview about it is rare .This article generalizes the main opinion and give a brief appraisal. In the end , the author brings forward many thoughts.
