在我国从计划经济向社会主义市场经济转轨这一制度变迁过程中 ,国有企业分享制实践主要有 :放权让利、承包经营责任制———分享主体特殊的分享制制度安排 ;股份合作制———劳动资本主体合一的劳动者管理的合作社 ;内部职工持股———不成熟、不规范的职工股份所有制计划 ;年薪制和股票期权———主要针对经营者的分享制制度安排。
During the institutional change from planned economy to market economy, the practice of share institution in the state-owned enterprises mainly have Decentralization and Profit-sharing and Contracted Production System that sharing main bodies are special, LMC that labor and capital are belong to a single main body, Inner Employee Stock that ESOP is immature and nonstandard, Annual Salary System and ESO that the operators are the sharing main body.
