摘要
用人参黄芪提取液,喂养老年大鼠,每日每公斤体重灌喂200mg 人参和200mg 黄芪提取液,取同龄组老年大鼠为对照,每日灌喂等量自来水,连续1个月。两组同时在麻醉下取材,取血。将取下的甲状腺经电镜样品制备,在 E—1200型电镜下观察;将血液离心取血清进行放射免疫测定。其结果:参芪组与对照组之间存在着明显差异,说明人参黄芪对老龄大鼠甲状腺机能低下有对抗作用。
In the experiment Wistar rats of the experimental group were orally adminis- trated with Renshen-Huangqi juice produced by ourself.Each rat was given 200mg Renshen and 200mg Huangqi perdiem(concentration 1:20),the same age's rats of the control group were orally administrated with only equivalent water.After a month,the rats of the two groups were killed with anaesthetic and convention sections of thyoid gland were observed by E-1200 transmission electron microscope.At the same time T_3,T_4,TSH in blood serum were inspected by radioimmunoassay.The results showed that Renshen-Huangqi group is different from control group significantly.
