摘要
1979年1月～1992年6月303例动脉导管未闭患者进行了305次手术。其中男性74例,女性229例,平均手术年龄11岁,全组无手术死亡。详细论述了动脉导管未闭的诊断方法、手术适应症的选择。推荐了垫卷结扎动脉导管未闭的方法。对手术的严重并发症的预防及处理进行了讨论。
From Janunary, 1979 to June, 1992, 305 repair operations were performed in 303 patients with patent ductus arterious. There were female 229 and male 74. Mean operation age was 11 years old without operation death. Authors emphasized diagnosis measure of patent ductus arterious and selection of operation indication. Ligature padded with cloth of patent ductus arterious was recommended. Prevention and treatment of seriously operative complication were discussed.
