修宪与我国非公经济的发展

On the Amendment of Constitution and the Development of Non-public Economy in China

本文认为修宪为非公有制经济奠定了宪法基础,并为公有制经济和非公有制经济的共同发展开辟了道路,这次修改宪法也必将为21世纪中国经济的繁荣和社会进步奠定坚实的基础。

This paper holds that the Constitution Amendment 2004 lays constitutional foundation for the development of nonpublic economy, and opens door for the codevelopment of public economy and nonpublic economy.The author believes that this amendment will establish a strong base for the economic prosperity and social advancement in China.
