This paper analyzes the research levels of information law science and probes mainly into its research angles,including the angles of science research principles, different disciplines research, law theory, information law system frame, information activities related field,and research methods. On the basis of above study,it also puts forward the new and key research fields of information law science , including the studies of information legislation motivity, information law system and information law science building.
