阐述图书、档案、情报一体化管理模式在中小型专业图书馆的可行性,并以中国科学院成都生物研究所信息中心为例,探讨一体化业务管理模式和最终实现这种模式对业务管理的要求。

Integrated management is a current trend and requirement for the management and development of information resource. This paper first states the feasibility of the integrated management model in small and medium sized libraries, and then takes the Information Center of Chengdu Institute of Biology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences as an example to discuss the integrated management model and the requirements for professional work management.
