摘要
通过对孙式太极拳传统套路的练习者进行遥测心率 ,对其完成一套动作后的运动强度和运动规律进行分析。结果表明 ,孙式太极拳传统套路的运动强度和运动量 ,符合全民健身活动的标准 ;练习孙式太极拳能增强体质 ,培养意志品质 。
Through remote test on heart rate changing of exercisers who practice traditional routine of Sun Style Taijiquan,this paper makes analysis on exercise intensity and rule.The result shows that the exercise intensity and volume of Sun Style Taijiquan is suitable to the standard of national fitness activity.Practicing Sun Style Taijiquan can improve body health,cultivating will power quality,making body and mind well development.
