针灸治疗HIV阳性周围性面瘫的临床观察

Clinical Observations on Acupuncture-moxibustion Treatment of HIV Positive Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的 观察针灸治疗 HIV阳性患者面瘫的疗效。方法 对 HIV阳性面瘫进行分组治疗 ,分为针刺组、艾灸组、针灸组及对照组 (维生素 B1 、B1 2 肌肉注射 )。结果与结论 针灸组总有效率为 10 0 % ,与针刺组、艾灸组及对照组比 ,有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ,表明针灸并用对于 HIV阳性面瘫的治疗效果最好。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on HIV positive peripheral facial paralysis.Method Patients with HIV positive facial paralysis were divided for treatment into acupuncture, moxibustion, acupuncture-moxibustion and control (intramuscular injection of vitamin B 1 and B 12) groups. Results and Conclusion The total effective rate was 100% in the acupuncture-moxibustion group, which was significantly different from that in acupuncture, moxibustion and control groups (P<0.05,P<0.01). It is showed that combined use of acupuncture and moxibustion has a good curative effect on HIV positive facial paralysis.
