A New Development of Labor Economics in Trade Union Theory

摘要 劳动经济学对工会问题的研究,自20世纪70年代末以来主要沿着两个方向发展:一是利用经济分析的方法研究工会在工资谈判中的作用;二是利用经济分析的方法研究工会的罢工行为。本文对劳动经济学在这两个方面的发展作出了评述。 The study of trade union problems in the field of Labor economics has developed two directions since 1970s. The one is to study trade unions' role in wage bargaining by using economic analysis. The other is to study strike action of trade unions by using same way. The article will evaluate these two developments of labor economics.
