摘要
在当今社会转型时期,基层工会要想成为有为有位的新型组织,更好地履行维护职工合法权益的基本职能,就必须以三个代表重要思想统领工会工作的实践,摒弃计划经济时代形成的传统运行机制。转变观念,服务改革,在干部队伍建设、工作方针、工作模式等方面作重大调整。
At the present stage of social transition, the trade unions must implement the important thought of the 'Three Represents' in order to direct trade union work, throw away traditional running mechanism which formed at the planned economy if trade unions want to become a new-style organization and complete their basic duty of safeguarding legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff members. There should be readjustments such as changing their ideas, serving for reform, the building of cadres, guiding principles and model for work.
