We should earnestly strength ideological and political work of trade unions and educate workers and staff members to strive the building of a well-off society. We should pay attention to studying trade union theories and policies and improve union officials' theoretical level and studying capability. We should also strengthen investigation, grasp first-hand materials, find new problems with general characteristics and find to solve them in order to safeguard interests of workers and staff members.
