On Social Psychological Conflict and Social Help for Those in Poverty

亏损、破产和效益较差企业的职工已成为当今城市贫困的主体,贫富差距极易使其心态失衡,潜伏着不安定因素,对社会稳定带来威胁。只有建立起以政府为主导的社会保护与支持体系,才能维护社会的稳定与持续发展。

The workers and staff members in enterprises such as loss-making, bankruptcy and poor effect have become main body of poverty in cities. It is easy to lose their psychological balance for those in poverty in cities because of the gap between rich and poor. That conceals unstable factors and some threatening ones for society. Only by building social protecting and helping systems which the government is a main force can we safeguard a stable society and sustainable development.
