试论如何树立和强化党的执政意识

On Establishing and Strengthening the Governing Awareness of the CPC

目前强化执政意识需要注意几个方面:一是树立和强化国家政权必须牢牢掌握在我们党手里的观念;二是树立和强化党的执政意识,党在想问题,做决策,办事情时,都要遵守政党的执政规律,要从“我们是执政党”这个角度出发;三是要树立“有限政府”和“执政成本”的观念;四是要树立立党为公,执政为民的意识;五是要树立科学的发展观。

At present,several aspects should be paid attention to raising the governing awareness.The first is to establish the viewpoint that the state power must be firmly mastered by the CPC.The second is to intensify the governing awareness of the CPC,that is the CPC should follow its governing law in doing all kinds of things.The third is to build viewpoints of“finite government”and“cost of governing”.The fourth is to raise the awareness that the CPC is built for the public and it exercises state power for the people.The fifth is to establish the scientific viewpoint of development.
