The scientific viewpoint of development is a new idea put forward in the new stage,which enriches and develops the guiding ideology of the CPC of socialist modernizations,which prominently shows in the five aspects,namely:in the great transformation of the ways of thinking,in the enrichment of connotation;in the assurance of the support;in attaining the objectives and in building a service government in the new stage.
