摘要
采用作者自行设计的实用新型一次性骨髓穿刺针(专利号ZL 01277203.8)对43例年龄2月-15岁的患者进行了骨髓穿刺。其一次取样成功率达100%,与一次性注射器穿刺法(70%)比较对比有非常显著的优越性(P<0.005)。此针属细针,使用时对组织损伤小,不需用麻药,术后可不用敷贴,并且避免了堵塞针头的现象及交叉感染,操作简单、快速,取样成功率高。尤其适用于15岁以下儿童及婴幼儿的骨髓穿刺术。
A new type of single-use puncture needles designed by us (Patent No.01277203.8) have been applied to bone marrow aspiration examinations in 43 patients of 2 months-15 years of age. The successful rate of obtaining the bone marrow is 100% while that of the traditional method with a single-use syringe is 70% (p <0.005). In this procedure there is no need of local anesthesia and dressing .Furthermore, the new method /technique can avoid needle blocking and cross infection, making the operation of bone marrow aspiration for infants and children simpler,faster and more successful.
