聚丙烯酸酯-γ-缩水甘油氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷共聚物/二氧化硅杂化材料的研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了聚丙烯酸酯-γ-缩水甘油氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)共聚物/二氧化硅杂化材料,用紫外光谱、傅里叶红外光谱对杂化材料进行了结构表征,用热重法测试对材料进行了性能表征,利用热重分析法研究了聚合反应动力学并可得其相应的动力学参数活化能为1307.83 J/mol,反应级数为2,用对比法测定了聚合物的BET比表面积为83.5805 m2/g。 Polyacrylate-(3-glycidoxypropyl)trimethoxysilane multipolymer/silica hybrid was prepared by using the sol-gel process. The chemical structure of it was analyzed by UV and FT-IR spectra, and the properties of it were showed by TG also. Dynamics of the polymerization was studied by using TGA. The polymerization kinetic parameters were obtained as 1307.83 J/mol of activation energy and 2 of reaction order. The BET surface area tested by multipoint analysis of N2 adsorption isotherm is 83.5805 m2/g.
