摘要
介绍了氯丙烯法生产环氧氯丙烷的反应原理及工艺流程,并对环氧氯丙烷皂化工序的流程进行了分析,提出了通过皂化塔负压操作,同时回收塔底废水余热来达到节能目的的改造策略。将此策略用于某公司3.2万t/a的环氧氯丙烷装置,改造后可节省新鲜蒸汽2.4万t/a,增效156万元/a。
The reaction mechanism and the process of epoxy chloropropane production by the chlorallylene method were introduced, and the process of epoxy chloropropane saponification was analyzed. Two methods like this: (1) the column operates under a vacuum pressure, and (2) reusing the heat energy from the waste water, were proposed for energy saving. The modified process is applied to the epoxy chloropropane unit of some company with its capacity of 32 kt/a, which saved 24 kt/a of fresh steam, and increased the benefits by 1.56 million yuan per year.
