摘要
现代企业竞争的关键是人才竞争 ,而使人才充分发挥作用则是关键中的关键。为此必须优化人才成长的组织环境 ,最大限度地发挥人才的积极性、创造性 ,才能使人才的效能得以充分发挥。
The competition of modern enterprisers lies in the competition of the talents. Bringing the talents into full play becomes the key of all. Therefore, the optimization of the organizational environment for talent training must be made to give the greatest play to the initiative and creativity of the talents and to give full play the efficacy of the talents.
