占有制度是民法中一项重要制度,而全民所有制企业对国有财产的占有又是占有中特殊的一种,从而具有其特殊性质和特定作用,在效力上也与所有及普通的占有有着显著的区别,只有处理好了这种占有,才能协调我国经济所有制的结构,使多种所有制经济共同发展,促进我国社会主义市场经济繁荣。

The system of possession is one of the most important systems of civil law. The enterprises of ownership by the whole people own the state-owned property which is the special one of the systems of possession. It has a special character and special function. Its efficiency differs from the common possession obviously. To accelerate the advancement of Chinese market economy, the government must deal with this form of possession properly.
