摘要
针对尼龙66盐有限责任公司空压站仪表空气压缩机P-C201存在的二级进气排气温度高、除油器堵塞、气阀失效、活塞环卡死、齿轮油泵轴头漏油等问题进行原因分析,并且提出了相应的改造措施,保证了机组的安全平稳运行。
The article analy ze the reasons of the problemssuch as stage out lettem peratarehighoileliminatorblockedup.airvalce out of seyyice.pi stonring blocked off,oil leak from bearing head of gear oil pumpetc.existed in the in stru ment air comep ressorp-c201 of air compressor set in NYLON66 Salt Company Limited.And provide the appropriate improvement measures,thereby the compressor set can bruned safety and stabilized.
