摘要
中国的消费者权益保护活动是在信息极其不对称的情况下进行的。大多数消费者缺乏基本的交易信息,他们在经营者的广告诱惑下发生交易。但当交易出现纠纷时,消费者又缺乏解决纠纷的基本规则信息,他们往往被经营者出示的一个又一个部门规章或地方性法规晃花了眼睛。从这一情景可以清楚地看出,保护消费者的合法权益必须从增加信息供给入手,让消费者对政府及网络银行的规则有一个比较清晰的认识。运用了信息不对称理论,揭示了网络银行发展滞后的原因,提出了相关的措施。
The protection of the consumers' rights in China is undergoing under the circumstance of extremely asymmetry of information.Most of the consumers lack the basic information of the trade,they are led to do busi ness by the advertisements of the manufacturers.But when the disputes emerge during the process of the business,the consumers also lack the basic rules of the information to solve the problems.They are easily confused by the departments' rules or the local laws and regulations shown by the businessmen.From this we can se e that it is necessary to supply more information in order to protect the legal rights of the consumers,making them have a better understanding of the rules of the government and the network banks,to have a clear knowledge of the legality of the businessmen.It is believable that this will not bring such backward to the network banks.This article uses the theory of the information asymmetry to release the reasons why the network banks develop so backward,and promotes the re leva nt measures.
