针对当前出现的改装船舶价值评估的实际 ,根据资产评估的一般理论和方法 。
In light of the current practice for assessing a retrofitted ship, based on the basic theory and commonly adopted method for asset evaluation, in this paper, new methods for assessing a retrofitted ship is proposed, that can be designated the method of stepped assessment and the method of supposed ship form.
