宫腔镜双极汽化电切术临床分析

目的 探讨宫腔镜双极汽化切割术的安全性和疗效。方法 术前宫腔镜诊断均为黏膜下肌瘤和肌壁间凸向宫腔肌瘤 36例 ,在宫腔镜下施行双极汽化电切术。结果 手术成功率 10 0 % ,手术时间 10 - 70分钟 ,平均32分钟 ;出血量 12 - 10 0ml,平均 2 8ml;标本重 15 - 4 2g ,平均 31g。术中、术后无并发症。术后满意率 94 .4 %。结论宫腔镜双极汽化切割术具有手术时间短、出血少、无并发症等优点 。

Objective To determine the efficacy and safety of hysteroscopy bipolar vaporization resectoscopy surgery.Methods 36 cases diagnosed submucous myomas by hysteroscopy were operated using hysteroscopic bipolar raporization resectoscopy.Results All the operations were successfully completed at one time.The operative time was 10-70 minutes ,average 32 minutes . The blood loss was 12-100 ml ,average 28ml and the weight of the lesions was 15-42g . No complication occurred during operation and postoperation .The effective rate of the therapy was 94.4%.Conclusion The hysteroscopy bipolar raporization resectoscopic surgery has short operative time ,less blood loss ,no complications ,satisfied results.
