序联交替灌注法治疗和预防膀胱癌复发的疗效观察

Seguential and alternate intravesical instillation of different agents for prevention of bladder cancer recurrence

目的 探索序联交替膀胱灌注法治疗和预防膀胱癌复发的疗效。方法 采用丝裂霉素C、卡介苗和吡柔比星序联交替膀胱灌注膀胱癌患者 4 4例 ,随访 4 - 4 8个月 ,平均 30个月。结果 复发 3例 ,均为TURBt和TVBt的患者 ,复发率为 6 .8%。结论 MMC、BCG和THP多药序联交替膀胱灌注治疗和预防膀胱癌复发副作用轻 。

Objective To evaluate the seguential and alternate intravesical instillation of MMC BCG and THP for the prevention of bladder cancer recurrence.Methods The instillation was carrid out for 44 cases of bladder cancer after surgical management.All the patients have been followed up for 4-48 months an average of 30 months.Results The recurrence rate was 6.8%(3/44),all of them underment TURBT of TVBT.Conclusion Seguential and alternate intravesical instilation of MMC BCG and THP is an effective means of preventing bladder cancer recurrence.
