高频地波雷达频谱监测模块的硬件实现

摘要 给出了一种基于软件无线电技术的在线短波频谱监测模件的软硬件设计方案.采用窄带中频数字化接收机结构,一次变频、高中频带通欠采样方式,结合直接数字合成器(DDS)、高本振输入的混频和VXI总线等技术,实现了与雷达分时工作的在线频谱监测和独立频谱监测两种工作模式.描述了模件硬件的工作原理、主要信号的时序关系及具体的实现方法.试验表明,该模件运行可靠,为雷达工作频率的选取提供了依据. The paper adopts the scheme of narrowband IF digitized monitoring receiver based software radio technology. Taking advantage of One-Step conversion, high IF bandpass undersampling, VXIbus data transaction to provide better generality. There are two programmable modes, one is the online monitoring mode that can work with radar in time-division multiplexing mode and another is the offline monitoring mode that can be independent of radar. It details the basic principle, timing relations of main signals, hardware implementation etc. The module has been verified in practice and can make HF GWR work better.
