摘要
通过安装在机体上的传感器,利用计算机动态数据采集系统测取了气缸套上下两个截面的动态变形位移,应用最小二乘圆法计算了缸套中心的位移,并对动态变形位移的数值、变化关系及其对气缸强度的影响进行了分析。结果表明气缸套的最大动态变形位移值仅为13.4μm,未出现与机体下定位带刚性支承情况。缸套可简化成一个固定端支承的悬臂梁。
By installing sensors on the cylinder block of engine, the dynamic deformation displacement between the cylinder's two sections was measured with the computer dynamic acquisition system. The least square circle method was used to compute the center displacement and to analyse the displacement value, change regularity and the influence on cylinder strength. The maximal displacement value was only 13.4 μm, and the cylinder did not contact with under position finding on the engine block. The cylinder can be simplified into an overhanging beam.
