环渤海山东地区浅层地下水资源潜力分析及利用对策

The Groundwater Potential Analysis and Sustainable Utilization in the Shandong Sector of the Circum-Bohai-Sea Region

在对环渤海山东地区水文地质条件和地下水资源状况进行概述的基础上 ,进行了地下水潜力资源分析 ,结果表明浅层地下水尚有 14 .2 6× 10 8m3 /a的开采潜力 ,但潜力资源的分布很不均衡 ,部分地区超采严重。为保持区内地下水资源的可持续利用 ,保护地下水环境 ,提出了加大黄泛平原引黄灌区浅层地下水开采力度、加大胶东丘陵区拦蓄利用雨洪资源的力度、积极规划建设地下水库、鲁中南山前冲洪积平原区跨区调水补源、加快浅层微咸水的开发利用研究、控制水污染和建立优质饮用地下水源保护区等

Based on summary of the hydro-geological conditions and groundwater resource status in Shandong Sector of the Circum-Bohai-Sea region, the groundwater resource potential analyses are made in this paper. it shows that the shallow groundwater has a pumping potential of 14.26 ×10~8 m^3/a. But its distribution is not proportion in the area. And in some areas, the water pumping is already excessive. In order to use the groundwater rationally, 6 suggestions are suggesed. They are: incresing the ability of pumping shallow water in the Yellow River overflowed land, blocking the rain water in the hill area, building the underground reservoir, speeding up the utilization of brackish water in shallow layers, controlling the water pollution, and constructing protection basement of high quality water for drinking.
